The Journey of Our Tomato Harvest in Silang, Cavite

Eggplant, or “talong,” is a staple in many Filipino dishes such as tortang talong and pinakbet. Our farm in San Jose, Batangas, is currently preparing fields for eggplant production this August.

Tomatoes are one of the most in-demand crops in the Philippines, and here at our farm in Silang, Cavite, we dedicate time and care to grow them naturally.

From seedbeds to the field, our tomatoes are nurtured with regular watering, natural fertilizers, and careful pest management. After three months, the fruits are harvested fresh and ready for both household kitchens and food businesses.

This season, we are expecting around 5,000 kilograms of fresh tomatoes, which will soon be available in local markets and direct farm orders. 🍅
